Thank you for your continued patience as we work to finalize summer registration. We plan for all summer programs to start on their scheduled day with no program disruption.

When will my registration for WDSRA summer programs be processed? When will I receive my summer program confirmation?

Summer registration will be processed during the week of May 20th, and confirmations will be sent out starting the week of May 28th. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

I have requested inclusion support for participation in a summer park district program. Will inclusion services be affected?

Inclusion services will not be affected. WDSRA staff are working to secure accommodation for any requests received from our member park districts.  Confirmation regarding staff support will continue to be sent by Thursday at 5pm for programs that begin the following week. 

Can I make payments for programs? Will my electronic payment be processed for Rec & Roll?

You can now make credit card payments online or by calling the WDSRA office. Now that our system is operational, here is the payment information you can expect:

If payment is made through autopay:

WDSRA will process your autopay on Thursday, May 30.

If payment is made online through your account:

Online payment is operational, please make your monthly payment by Thursday, May 30.

If you want to pay by check:

You can mail checks to the WDSRA office, and they will be processed.

I am anticipating a refund for a program. When will I receive it?

Program refunds will be issued starting in June. We are focusing on processing summer registration and sending out confirmations before refunds are processed. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
