How to Register Online

Real Time Registration

We offer real-time online registration (no more lottery!) through the WebTrac registration system. Unless otherwise indicated in the program descriptions, registrations are on a first-come, first-served basis, with residents having priority over non-residents.

The secure site will enable you to search for programs and add them to your online shopping cart. You can also change basic household information as well as reprint old receipts. To continue to our online registration site, please click the link below.

Families New to WDSRA

Setting up an account is as easy as 1-2-3:

1. New Member Packet: Call WDSRA at 630-681-0962 to receive your complimentary New Member Packet.
2. New Family Outreach: Speak with our Outreach Manager to complete a brief intake. We can answer any questions you might have and even offer program suggestions. New Family Outreach Page link
3. Set Up Your Account: Once you have completed your intake with WDSRA, you will receive an email with directions on how to create your account. This will allow you to register for programs online.  Once you are enrolled in your first program, you will receive an invitation from ePACT to complete additional information regarding your participant.  For more information on ePact click here.

Registering online for the first time:

To use Webtrac for the first time, you will need to know your household number and your 5 digit zip code. Your initial user name is your household number which can be found at the top of any past receipts or confirmations. Your initial password is your 5 digit zip code. Both of these can be changed after your first login by choosing “My Account” and then “Change user name or password”.
